I just got back from a mission trip to Japan, and before we left we had to go through base camp. At base camp Ky talked about the bottom line. The
Gospel is the bottom line. Its God's desire for His name to be known and praised by
every single thing. A lot of people never realize that His glory is Gods number one priority. Everything God does ultimately will end up with Him being glorified. Paul says God saves us and redeems us so that He will receive praise and glory because of His grace (Ephesians 1:3-14). God is glorified when he is being seen.
When Jesus died on the cross for us yes it was a display of love for his followers. By being crucified He made a way for Himself to be known for who He is. By dying for our sins he made a way for God to save us for Himself. He made a way for us to have a relationship with Him to bring all people to him to give him glory!
I think the ETC Revolution is amazing not only are we digging into the gospel but we are making it our lifestyle letting the spirit control our minds!
